That shouldn't happen. However for free trial services you usually have to load $1-$2.

These cards are issued from Gilbratar and probably isn't supported by spotify. It really depends on what you're trying to do, but These cards work for 90% of the things. Common trials include aweber, aws, Google cloud, etc

Yes they work fine with PayPal. For US accounts you won't have to load anything but for international PP you would have to load $2. You can add it as credit or debit but it's better to add as debit

Pornhub trial worked without any issues, but I couldn't start a Spotify one because this card is from a different country. Hope this clears it up.

Probably not. However it is safer to send in multiple payments of $300 (as an example)
