The cards work with FB Ads and AdWords, but there is always a risk of ban due to their fraud algorithm. However you can add and charge the card no problem.
For Bing Ads they do not accept VCCs

i tested the US VCC with different platforms and could confirm it's valid and working ...., but for some services -like google cloud- the VCC should be loaded with $ -$1 usually- OP offer cash reload support as well , for seller communication i faced small issue with my coupon and CRT fixed it in short time ... so it's top notch communications ... bookmark this thread if you are looking for reliable VCC seller ....

My Honest Review
I order US VCC for my paypal account and i got the card in less than 24 hrs but because my paypal is not US account paypal refused to add the card , and the seller tell me that i have to load the card with $1-2 , so i do but there was some delay from the seller side ,but its ok and he replaced the old card with loaded card and i added the card to my paypal account and confirmed it .
I hope its work well when i load the card with real money .
But overall this service is recommended for its cheap price and quality

My honest review
What can I say, I am more than impressed with this service.
The seller has gone miles beyond any customer service I've ever experienced,
While older VCCs seller would give you crappy answers in half broken english and wouldn't answer absolutely any question, this seller made 100% sure their service worked for what I need.
He even took the time to teach me how to use bitcoin and told me which services were the best going step by step and always being available to rapidly answer my questions.
I got a review copy, I put it into a paypal and it worked perfectly, I tried using that paypal for payments and didn't exactly work, so the seller gave me ideas into what to try. He ended up giving me another card and putting in some funds for me to do a test and putting in the card directly. It worked perfectly and while I am still testing to be absolutely sure there are no bans, the card has already been charged multiple times and has worked like a charm.
I can't recommend this seller enough and have already gotten other people to try his services.
I have never seen such dedication to clients before. If these cards keep working the way they do, I will be a long time customer for a very long time. The price for the quality is a steal, so go ahead and buy from him, you won't regret it as from what I can see, his service keeps getting better by the day.

Yes they work fine for AWS. However you do have to load a couple dollars.

The VBA's are only for verifying PayPal. They cannot be withdrawn to.
