I am asking for delawareinc dot com review. If some one use there service please give me there review, or if there any other alternative (better then delawareinc) please tell me.
Some one suggest me for my paypal (asked Tax Info) problem, and told me "not only paypal you can open legal bank account also no one can touch you".

Unless you are a corporation wirh shareholders a delaware corporation doesnt offer as much as nevada or wyoming since the main advantage of a delaware corp is that its laws favor management over shareholders. I believe annual taxes on corporations are higher in Delaware also.

NV and WY are two states that you can get reasonable anonymity if you do it right. NV does not share info with IRS and WY doesn't require filing of who the owner or manager of corporations are.

No matter what you do, remember you have to file US Federal Taxes for the corporation and to collect sales taxes for states you are operating in to be legitimate. Just getting a LLC and getting a tax id will work for small amounts but if you ever want to build a long term business you need to file tax return, even if you don't owe taxes, because eventually IRS will want to match returns with 1099's that Paypal sends them. WY has lowest costs and highest anonymity so that's the way I'm going.

$100-150 initially, and about 100/yr to maintain
