Must I Use Native Writer for Money Site?

Hi all..As the title says..Must I Use Native Writer for Money Site?
I ask this since one of my sites has ever been banned(deindex) and I've got message in google console that my site got "PURE SPAM PENALTY"..Then I ask to google forum and people there tell me that it caused by the site's content.

It's written by non native writer(not by me myself) and has many grammar errors.
So, Must I Use Native Writer for Money Site? Please share your idea..

You can use whomever you like but obviously poor quality content is likely to be an issue if you hire people who don't speak the language.
For money sites it is better to have the best quality content that you can afford. Content is King and all that BS
Better to pay for 5 quality articles written by a professional than 50 articles written by some clown who can't spell and thinks grammar is their Dads Mum.

You should always have native speakers for your sites whether they get banned or not. As a native English speaker I never stay on a site where I can see it's written with non native articles.

I would always stick to articles that are not only written without grammar mistakes, but also highly engaging and interesting to read. Your conversions will increase and people will stay on your site and if your content is really good, you'll even get some sweet natural backlinks. In the end the higher cost of the content most likely will pay off.

Dude, Google hates badly-written article. That's a big bad impression to your site. That's why it is VERY IMPORTANT to post only FRESH and USEFUL content for your target audience. No one will ever love reading pointless and gibberish sound articles on the internet.

The sentences are too long and awkward imo. "erupts in to the Homeland national anthem" should be "into" .

These two sentence basically are saying the same thing; the second sentence "Shaw delivers...." is just repeating the first one

It took me a long time to come to the understanding that paying top $$ for quality article is key to a long term success. I stop buying those $2/500 words for my money sites and that alone is the best decision I have taken.

If that's your final option, I guess yes. You must understand that content is the most important thing on your page. How can you able to generate traffic on your site if your content is poor and doesn't interest your readers? If you have the budget to pay for an excellent native writer then go ahead and hire one. Your site's content was penalized by Google not because it wasn't written by a native English writer per se, but because the content was not readable. Your content did not make sense to Google's reviewers.

There are non-native English writers who can write sensible content that engages readers. I say this respectfully, but there are non-native English writers who can write better than some native English-speaking people. Search for the word "grammer" (yes, that's not "grammar") on the search box of this forum and you'll find them.

You have the option to hire a writer who knows how to do a sound research and writes in a conversational tone.
