1.Your Free domain is for lifetime or Need to renew monthly or annnually?If need renew then How much it cost later?
2.You have added a function called as Daily Site Backup.It is for 2$.Do I need to pay 2$ every month or year or It is one time?

3.In renew Option,There said,If we Pay annually then will get free domain.Please clearify it.We already got free domain

There is no problem with the cPanel, your website is loading in just 2 to 3 seconds and same for the cPanel its loading fine and fast.

sorry we do not allow email marketing from VPS, you have to buy Dedicated Server only

to fix something there should be some issue, there is no issue on your website and cPanel is loading fine and we don't have any downtime. There must be problem with your ISP you should try some VPN or wb proxy.
also I saw that you make 3 comments on sales thread but you never replied us on your ticket that you are still facing any problem. Our technical department can not do anything until you provide feedback on your ticket.
PS: your website is working fine in every part of the world

There is an issue and I just said my cpanel is not loading well, the website is fine. And I replied twice to the ticket before you closed it because you didn't hear from me for 24 hours, like I'm all day here waiting for your replies. Anyways I created a new ticket, let's talk there.

Many of my sites is not loading up and it's been 4-5 days since they where down.... and now every other week i see errors and a lot of site downtimes or slow loading speeds or something else that causes Sites not loading and etc

I had the same issue but they kinda ignored it saying it might be a problem with my ISP.
