Well you need to know. Making a site is the easiest part. Driving traffic is the hardest part. Yes you can make a site. Can you drive traffic? That's questionable. You need to make a plan first. So before asking how are you gona make a site. Ask yourself how your gona drive traffic

Well, everything really. I would like a site that would drive traffic, but also give me an income, and some to pay you.
You want me to make you a site and drive traffic? Nobody will work for free. I definitely won't. And just make a site using WordPress.

I respect that, however, i am not that good at web design. However, that is why i want ads, so i can pay you. I can handle the traffic if you do design.

So you want a website with just ads and barely any content and at the same time rank in google to get free organic traffic and profit?
You sound like you are 15, dont take this to be a stab at your intelligence. But you have much to learn if this is your strategy.
I was young and stupid too and I learned my lesson in trying to make the next "9gag" website LOL. Those were the days and if you look in my profile you might be able to find those stupid threads were I was looking for a theme for a website I was creating.... *the cringe is strong*
Save yourself the time and frustration, read this forum and learn. Get interested in something specific like affiliate marketing, PPC, CPA offers etc and stick with it until you master it. or Dont.

Just use WordPress. It's easier, less learning curve.
