How to start own Cable TV providing company

I hope all doing well.

I am quite a new member and active in BHW...
I have some business plan in my mind i am asking for help about one plan...

as the title describes ...How to start own Cable TV providing company.
i really want to start it in my local area..
Please help me providing sugestions,cost,techniques.

I am in Bangladesh.
All Bangladeshies are most welcome to me.

might be easier to start an isp first, then do iptv(internet television). I recommend reading up on backbone internet providers such as hurricane electric. Ip transit is required to sell internet. once you got that, you can sell iptv over the network you create. good luck!

edit: the above post would be the legitimate way to start this. you could just skip straight to selling iptv from already existing providers example buy a streaming server but thats technically illegal, or you could even register as a reseller either for someone who has a streaming server, or for cable providers that already exist. i recommend the latter to stay on the legal side of things.

I am also working on starting ISP business....i applied to my Country's relevant Dept. for ISP License.....
Can you please elaborate the process in your described Legal way? as an ISP
