How to win paypal dispute?

Don't even try to find these messages. Paypal doesn't take it as an evidence. I sold something as you and the guy claimed he didn't receive it on PP. I sent the whole skype converstation to PP, where the guy CLAIMED he received the account and thanked me.

Paypal said that's not an evidence and returned him the money.

We learn and for me that was cheap experience.

Damn it means there's no any option to win the dispute.. Btw I've 0 is paypal and it's in negative now i was suspicious about the guy so i widrawal all to my bank account... The amount is 91$ what's gonna happen if he wins the dispute

Yes paypal allows but does not protect. Refer to https://www.paypal.com/gw/webapps/mpp/ua/upcoming-policies-full. Below is an extract. This policy applies to Asians and Europeans. So @CRT could be talking about USA Paypal for intangible items.

  1. Amendments to Seller Protection (Section 9.5)
    The following are examples of items/transactions not eligible for PayPal Seller Protection:
  • Claims or Chargebacks for Significantly Not as Described. (Potentially scammer can use this clause to their advantage to buy and claim significantly not as per described)
  • Items that you deliver in person, including at a point of sale.
  • Intangible items, including Digital Goods and services.
  • Items equivalent to cash (including, without limitation, gift cards or vouchers)
  • PayPal Direct Payments (including Virtual Terminal Payments and Website Payments Pro/Plus payments).
  • Items that are not shipped to the recipient address. If you originally ship the item to the recipient address but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal Seller Protection. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery.
  • Donations.
  • Financial products or investments.
 
If he still didn't get the money, you must transfer your paypal money to an other account or cash out them.

I'm sorry brother but there's almost no chance you could win.

If you have negative balance, you won't be able to use PP. You have to pay up to 0$.

If paypal is based in UK/ USA or other developed nation then there is a chance that Paypal could engage debt collector. However in your case the amount involve is too small to justify the fees and admin work involved. Paypal will just ban you permanently. This is why it is always good to use a stealth paypal so when shit happnes, just ignore.

selling instagram accounts don't allow you to post paypal problem on instagram section
 
Tips:ALways reply Fast and sufficient proofs like screenshots or email.....
If you have a website,include that buyer accepts terms and condition before purchasing your package.
Provide information that buyer has received his purchased package..
Call paypal if you can.
 
I know this is a little late for you, but when I sell online accounts I make ways of being able to recover them. This is what a scam seller would do, but to not use it as a scam I just don't recover the account unless needed(like in this situation). Unfortunately, Paypal allows charge backs for up to 6 months or something? That makes it horrible for selling accounts(game, social media, etc) or anything really. Anyway, good luck with getting everything solved!

No, I'm just kidding... Send Paypal screenshots of anything that could possible prove that guy is a scam. Try to contact Kik and tell them your story. Maybe they can help you with a backup of that deleted conversation. I highly doubt if it will work, however, putting in time and effort will show Paypal that you're trustworthy. It absolutely sucks that your Kik conversation is gone, but that guy also doesn't have any proof. All you have to do is make your story seem just a little bit more credible than that guy's story. If you do that, I'm sure you'll win the dispute. Good luck!

Yeah I'm gonna try my best or If i can't find chats I'm thinking to make fake chats will that work??
 
So finally i got this mail from Paypal.. How can i tell them that I've delivered the thing.. They're asking ''tracking information for delivered' goods"
