Build an adult website with Wordpress

Hi i've an important question, i've seen that there are a lot of adult tube site that do not use cms , i don't know how this can be possible . My question is : It's using cms Wordpress, a good idea to make an adult tube site? i know that wordpress it's blogging-oriented but I have this doubt.
what could be the advantages or disadvantages ?
I don't know if this is the correct section of the forum in case it's not sorry for that and sorry for my english.

yes you can.. if you know how to customize or create own plugin..
you can add video iframed or upload, make membership, can produce json api and others..
i like wordpress because it's free, lot's tutorial how to and free to custom..
i don't like wordpress because mmmm... don't know.. i don't have idea to answer this question..
