Firstly, pardon me for the high context culture - Country of Origin brought me up this way. For those who are still on the fence, rest assure that she is able to interpret messages - read between lines - in an almost precise manner, complemented with a distinctive (non-shy) clarification.

After all the "strangely" beautiful reviews, here is the grand closing ultimatum.

Yachi exercised patience throughout the entire process, added more requirements and edited some items. Overall, it may seem like a daunting task as the customer on the other hand is an "alien" which sellers never seen before. In addition, some buyers can be prickly/nasty and imposed severed penalties - I am not exactly a nice person if you ask Yachi. What she did was to ensure that all requisites are in position so as to nullify negativity.

I'm sure other sellers out there provided similar responses but Yachi is by far one of the best customer & quality service provider. Yes, admittedly, for the price being remunerated shall not receive a high-end impeccable deliverable - personally seen some at 6-digit costs - but let me (Commoner) reassure you, the end outcome is not but a satisfying one in accordance to your expectations (please send explicit requisites upfront to avoid unnecessary delays).

TL,DR;

- Fulfilled buyer's obligation
- Superior customer service (online duration & eloquence)
- Patient in requests
- Humble in clarification (not shy too)
- Value for money (9.75/10) - minor edits here & there [you need to search if the website is huge like mine]
- Professionalism (4.999999/5) - serious consideration
- Trust Worthiness (5/5) - all my reviews detailed down explicitly
- Recommendation (5.05/5) - 100% recommended to friends and BHW members

In summary, Yachi is a beautiful lady, both inner & outer, whom unconditionally serves me (customer). I'm not the fussy type who demands 24/7 online status but she never failed to respond within 6 hours (yes, I did a swift count). The price is definitely within margin - unless buyer(s) originated from 3rd world economy) - according to my pettiness but my needs are fulfilled in an elegant manner.

Lastly, Warren Buffett has a nice quote, "Price is what you pay, Value is what you get" & conventional wisdom from BHW, "You get what you Paid".
Personal Quote: Engage someone who quotes your worth, value & time, law of reciprocity shall revert.

This is my review ( I had Yachi make me a custom core PHP website project)
Yachi was very proffesional throughout the project and made sure i was satisfied with the work to the minute details.
I had posted in the "Hire a freelancer" section but all the responses i got were from "Not so" reputable members and to be honest none of their portfolios impressed me.
I headed here to this thread and i think her thread was on page 2 or something like that. I tool the skype contacts and BAM! Here was a seller who was very keen on my project and even asked me furher questions about it and gave me a reasonable quote ( I wont say she is the cheapest but i guarantee you the work is worth every penny)
I had some freelancers with llow quality portfolios quote me twice what Yachi was offering! (crazy, right?)
I have to say working with her was one of my most fulfilling moments during outsourcing and other sellers here should learn from her. The quality of work she delivered impressed me and she worked with me relentlessly (Im a bit of a perfectionist) and i can say i landed the kind of web developer i wanted. She gave me additional ideas on the project and followed my prerequisites very well.
Communication was great as she is always online on skype and she wont take longer that an hour to respond to you.
I also have to say make sure you detail all your requirements upfront clearly as if you bring any new requirements particularly almost at the end of the project, you may delay your project or bring in additional costs.
