i searched the price an i saw cat 5 305 meter price is 30$....is it high or its actually neutral price?

Make a map of the area you want to provide your service. Now cat5 is good upto 100 meter, we use 90 meter radius because the rest 10 meter will be needed at clients end. Now you need to draw 80 meter radius circles on your map and cover the entire map with as less circles as possible. Now draw a line from every circles center to a point which is closer from all of the centers. That point is your central hub.

the central point can be your main office too if its not too far from the actual central point. Plan is to connect your main office to central hub, then connect every circle/zones center to central hub using optical fiber. Central zone will have a high quality switch depending on your needs. normal zones will have a normal switch depending on how many users are in that area. Now you can connect your users from normal zone centers with cheap cat5.

I am sure you got the idea. Build a primary network backbone with optical fiber, then connect users with cheap cat5.

in my country, if i use other people, company or goverment pole..i will got in trouble..
in my country, if there is a cable passing in front of people house.. i will got trouble.
why i say like that.. because i have ISP in local area...

Its different around here mate, here all poles are build by government and we public think its our property. We even connect our routers to local electric grid lol .. local authorities come and take some bribe every month. Things are different around here .. you do what you have to do.

oh.. i don't know if in your country we can use goverment facility..
but i just worry about it. if in next days and i have bad competitor.. he cut my cable and i don't have prove to police.. now i got in trouble..
 
Find a major ISP in your country and approach them with your business proposal.. Get business proposal written by an expert which you can hire from freelancer or on bhw... Present your business to them and make a partnership.. Show them that your area is an untapped market and people will love to use this service.. In addition run a small survey to take public opinion to support your business proposal .. Once they approve or happy with your offer.. They will invest for you and ask or appoint you to run the business in your area.. If you tieup with a big player lot of work is handed over to them like government approval, configuration, server install, etc.. Once they do all, you sit back and count your money :):):):)

you will grow time by time as long as you keep give good service..
sell and promote your business to profitable people or company.. and give more valuable why they must join with you

at this time, i give my client free watch movie from my rack, unblockable website, voip, secure connection and much more...

i am trying to contacting the Zonal ISP for this situation..i will get reply tomorrow.what they are saying....

voip is restricted in this country.....i will host ftp server for clients....but a question is...what will be affect of walls and multistoriyed buildings in state of wifi?

That's why you wont be able to do business locally as a service provider in internet and Satellite cable TV sector where I am from without local muscle. You will need strong political connect or blessing of local power figures to do these business. General rule is, if your competition cut one of your cable, you cut 5 of them. If he knows the rule he will cut 25 of yours in the next wave. Who ever survives the battle will dominate the region, others will go broke. Sometimes if both parties are equal in terms of power, they split zones or try to coexists within some rules.

that way you need good AP.. search AP support MIMO, make sure your AP pole and client Pole not enclosed with solid material..
also check wifi Interference in your area and magnetic field..
