So,You should go first BTCL office.This is the head office for internet sharing license.It situated in Savar,Dhaka(Used Google).You need to make an application.They will provide internet connection to you.It is Similar to open a sub network.You need to buy Internet service from their and you should sell connection with your chosen price.

Such as-
You bought 512 Kbps package from them for 200 BDT only.Then You should sell it for 600-700 BDT.Here 400-500 BDT is your profit.

i know how to get license...it has to be taken from BTRC.....
then the IIG/IGW provider BTCL for bandwith....the main divisional engineer from BTCL is one of my uncle from my village....i can handle him..
but the main thing is i need guidelines for how to manage WIfi broadband,and maintain all things step by step if possible......
i have some people from private IIG companies..but their suggestion altime goes to for their own business.i dont like it.if i can manage those things then its all ok for me....

PTP i mean from your AP to client home (home to home) this will need client router to receive your wifi = ( long range, easy manage bandwidth = profitable )
and Radius is for your AP to radius location without client provide own Wifi client (like cell phone signal) = ( short range*, limmited client**, need enginer to manage*** = more profitable )

*. Need relay, backbone and more infrastructure than PTP
**. Need lot's bandwidth because you don't know how much people will connect to your network
***. You will need to manage your client and bandwidth to avoid over bandwith
 
Used to run a local ISP myself. Things are actually not so complicated.

You can resell packages for less profit but a readymade solution from a major bandwidth provider. In that case they will provide their own distribution server, you will just manage the local network and earn commission from each package sold per month.

Or you can just buy the bandwidth and setup your own distribution system. This is the field you will need some experience with. If you are not experienced hire someone who is and learn from him. There are many hardware and software based distribution system, we used mikrotik.

Build a team of local technician who will go door to door, build and manage local area network and will provide customer support.

Why do you want to manage wifi ? Do you want to distribute your network wireless? Its not profitable at all unless you have a WiMAX license and millions to invest. At local area, maintenance cost of wifi will kill your profit. Most clients will deny to buy their own wifi modem unless you provide them yourself. Local competition or others will steal/damage your wifi range extenders. There are issues with rain, dust and power interruptions. Business grade wifi routers and range extenders are very costly and even so the range isn't so great. Most clients will expect a local download server from you but if you do that, it will hog your already limited wifi pipeline.

Why do you want to manage wifi ? Do you want to distribute your network wireless? Its not profitable at all unless you have a WiMAX license and millions to invest. PTP is only viable solution in a wide area. But it has its issues as well. You will need a router at the clients end, most likely you will have to place an antenna at an open high area, this can be problematic to secure and maintain in long term. Clients will refuse to pay for the router most of the times where he can get cheaper wired broadband from your competition.

I am not trying to discourage you in anyway. I tried this myself and there are so many problems that you cant imagine at the beginning. Even with a wired network its hard to recover investment in first year. It will take much longer for a wireless network. In Bangladesh, Wimax is getting cheap, you can have 2.5 mbps for 1000tk now, unlimited 18 hours per day. 3G is everywhere and most people use mobile internet. Wimax is struggling just because people don't want to buy expensive modems. This is the same reason why wired networks are still making a profit.

Cabling is actually better. More work ? yes but cheaper to build and maintain. Use optical fibers to spread the network, fibers last for a lifetime. Then use cheap cat5 to connect homeusers.

Except that third world countries are known for their mobile device preference, therefore why as a customer would you ever pay for a network at home? Isn't 3G/4G just what you need?

thanks for the suggestions...i will keep it in my mind.....but i saw some long range wireless access points,routers are at cheapest rates...thas why i am interested in wireless.....
but if i can provide cheaply with cat5 cables then i will go this way...but i saw cat6 cabels are too much costly and insecured for theft....

only cable subscribers will be 25% and if i can manage the wireless then i can get 100% subscribers if i can provide them cheaper rate.........
thats the main reason for wireless.......

3g/4g is costly. There are no unlimited package, well there are in words, but they will be capped to unusable state after some small bandwidth consumption. On the other hand, after several price reduction from the government, local broadband now can provide very high speed in a pretty low cost. People buy some cheap wifi router and make their entire home a wifi zone. They use small mobile internet packs outside if needed.

And download servers are very popular around here. Most casual internet users doesn't know where and how to download movies games ect. Local broadband providers build a ftp server and fill it up with movies games. Local area users can download them at max lan speed. They can even watch them live at ease. This is very popular and also cost effective for ISPs. They are saving tons of bandwidth with this.

make sure you already have license to build from your local area and already cooperative with your bandwidth source.
- Buy 2 modem ( 1 for AP and 1 for client ) tp-link or ubiquity is good brand for wifi infrastructure..
- Belden US for network cable, modem router for your client, hub link and others.. you can ask modem seller for it.
- Build AP ( use pipe is ok for build your first time )
You can find more tutorial on youtube how to build AP ( access point ) = don't here enginer.. you can do it
on client side also you can search on youtube "how to build wifi client" or something like that..
for more technical, you can consultation on wifi forum..

Cat6 isn't worth for local networking at BD. Don't even buy duplex CAT5 with 8 wire .. but half duplex super cheap 4 wire CAT5 lol .. see the goal is to squeeze profit by as low investment as possible.

i agree with you 100% about this post.......ICX and NIX are also main reason to save international bandwith.....
now can you please suggest me where to start with cabling and the prices?

exclude the license fees and bandwith fees....only tecnical parts .....

In reality its different. Poles are already there, everywhere, so many poles I wish there were less.

The purpose of cabling is to provide service to multiple client at once, not one or two. That's how its profitable. You build the network for once and keep milking it for many years.

you finally got my point for preferring wifi than cabling.......

so is this the main thing that is needed for making wifi broadband?
 
If that's in country like USA or UK then forget it. There are big fishes doing this business with high saturation and people like us won't survive in this rival.. Hope u wish to start it somewhere else..
