PROBLEM FIXED
There was high CPU load because one hosting account hitting his hosting limits. that account is suspended and problem is fixed. if still some one has problem with slow loading of website then kindly send me a site pm with his hosting domain name or send us an email to [email protected] and kindly mention your hosting account domain when you make a complain of downtime. other wise we can not understand which site is down

Just purchased a hosting plan with blueangelhost. Everything went well at first, wordpress installation was quick and easy, but I can no longer access the blueangelhost website. This means I cannot access my cpanel. I contacted support through whatsapp, but they refused to help and just ignored my messages. I don't know why people like to lie all the time and provide half information.
First of all BlueAngelhost.com is online and our all servers are online with ZERO downtime in last 48 hours. now why you want to open blueangelhost.com and not telling us what is your Website which is down. same you are doing on whatsapp also.
you are asking us to check blueangelhost.com because your website is down.
why the hell should I check blueangelhost when your website is down and why the hell you are not giving me information about your website which is down. how do you expect me to fix your website if you don't mention your domain anywhere.
regarding what I reply you on whatsapp is:
I ask you to open support ticket because you are not giving me full information about your website. But WOW people have more time to make bad reviews on sales thread instead of opening a support ticket.

Your customer service is terrible, but I expected that would be the case for an offshore hosting service. I just want to log into my website but I can't. Your support gives me half assed answers. I was told to disable my ssl certificate but was not told how! Don't you guys know that you need to explain things clearly to first time users? Fix the issue instead of being unprofessional.
