hello

i bought a domaine name and hosting a month ago for 23.99$ from Ipage.
and now i want to make another website, what i should do ?

-buy a domaine name without hosting(if domaine is cheap) in Ipage and host it in my first hostig
or
-but a cheap domaine from goadady and link it with my host name in ipage

am i messing something sorry for my noob question
if yes whay i should do

You could have purchased hosting and domain for much cheaper but that's past.
I suggest you purchase a domain from another registrar like GoDaddy (first domain is $0.99 - Ask me for a coupon) or Namesilo (Ask me for a coupon) for $7.99. Namesilo is a solid registrar and I fully endorse them over GoDaddy.

isn't the problem to buy a domaine name from other registrer , how i can link it with my host name in ipage ?

No. You need to point your domain's nameserver to those provided by your host. Depending on your hosting provider, you should be able host both the domains on both the package
