Results from my order:
Got the site from the OP delivered on time over the weekend, great communication and he responded quickly to all my messages. Website has good content and the keywords he suggested are pretty good. SEO has been done on the site by the OP and currently its on page 2 and 6 on some of the keywords without any work from me so far. Received good report on the work done, and also got a promo video done related to the keyword.
Will start slowly building links to it and see how it will perform.

Pretty sure you cant expect to earn with JUST this. You need offpage seo to rank.

But is it worth it?
Yes, if u cant setup a site faster/nicer/cheaper by yourself, and prefer to outsource the dirty job in order to focus other more important stuffs.

No, if u just want to set and forget and expect it to make passive income.

It has been explained well by the user PrimeCS. Yes, we do thorough ON page SEO and do some OFF page links too but you will need to focus on the website to earn in long term.
