I Need Some Advices Regarding Micro Niche Sites

Hello guys. I have read a lot on BWH and interested in taking action on micro niche sites and i need some advices about it.

1. Is it okay to use subdomain for each niche site? Is there any impact on SEO? Whenever i do a search on google i rarely see subdomain rank on pages one.

Why i want use subdomain? Because this is my first IM journey and i thought i need to save money until i learn proper SEO, proper tools, and how to make a good content.

What do you think guys?

2. What do you think is better: micro niche sites or an adult site?

From what i understand, micro niche site long term goal is to make a passive income from google adsense but not all sites will be successful, need to pick the right keywords.

Adult sites advantages it s*x is always sell, but need to promote hard to gain traffic since there's ton of adult site out there, what's more very very very hard to rank adult keywords.

3. Let's say if i have a niche "Japanese Ghost Story" and google search return 42,500 results, is that mean that's a good keyword since there's less competition?

Amazon affiliate site. Just buy hosting. I suggest dreamhost. They are expensive 120ish $ but search around for a "max coupon" and you'll get it for $20 and a free domain

My advice is to pick a niche, read everything you can about picking a low comp niche. Find one, open a web2 blog(WordPress, blogger, tumblr, etc), write 10 articles about the niche, interlink your articles, do everything you can to do good on-site SEO. Then manually build some backlinks to your web 2.0 site. IF you rank decent with it, you know it is low comp and should start your own site. This will also give you a good manually build backlink for your site eventually.
If it never even pops into the serps, you have lost nothing, learned something and should restart at reading how to pick a keyword.
While with most web 2.0 blogs you won't be able to monetize, this is a solid way to learn how to find a good niche and learn about on-site/off-site seo.

Which tools do you recommend for keyword research? I read somewhere that google keyword is not a good tools for research?

Also, is backlink really necessary to rank a site? I haven't learned anything about backlink yet, just make some notes about optimum onpage SEO from moz blog.

Here is my quick advice
You can use Google Keyword tool to determine if there are enough searches for a keyword, long tail, etc...
No tool needed to research, once you pick some keywords, start googling: *keyword* intitle, inurl, even try *keyword* communtluv to see what Google pulls, try just *keyword* look at the top 5, put those into backlink checking tools like Ahrefs, Majestic, and Opensite. Are the sites strong? Are they sites you know already? Do they have good backlinks? In the top 10 are there videos, forum posts, web 2.0s? Good, then you found a weaker niche, now build your web 2.0 to go after them.

It's cost-effective (articles/SEO etc...), Add relevancy between your posts and, to me, the most important aspect of having a niche site is that I don't put all my all my eggs in one basket. It's easier to recover from a penalty if I have 4-5 niche site instead of one big authority site.

Ahh okay...i think posting a long content + good onpage SEO is enough to rank low competition keyword. I guess backlink is really important then. Thanks man! I'll start my research about backlink now

From my experience its always better to start out with a small niche site, mainly to gain experience and get you war around Link building and ranking.
If you manage to rank a small adsense or amazon niche site you can now think of building an authority site.
A few pointers, you can start out on a niche that you have interest in , or if you dont have whatsoever any interest just hire someone on up-work to do the content for you.
Make sure you use a premium theme and a reliable host( nothings worse than a problematic host)
For keywords ideas use www.keywordtool.io
It gives you some juicy short-tail and long tail keywords you can write content on.
And as for subdomains i think the best way to use them as tier 1 for your main site.
