They are real sites in the sense that we build them out so that it does not look like a Clickbank landing page. But I do much more than just CPA offers.
I drive traffic to ecommerce sites I own, services I sell as well as the standard CPA stuff that is floating around. In general the content on the site is decent stuff so that if someone goes there they are not getting a pile of junk around an offer. I want them to think that the offer is good because the site is good.

@BassTrackerBoats thanks for the ansewer mate, im planning to do spam the right way as you doing, providing value to facebook users not just pile of crap, im currently building 100 accounts that looks real and my next approach is to buy domains name. One more question if you mind, when posting to groups how you make people goes to your offer?, i was thinking something like this..
A post with an image and link, the text would be something like. " hey guys another post that i found interesting, for those out there that are doing this (niche name), this is quality information, include in the article, that website if giving away as alway free voucher if you need them, i myself got the voucher, anyway go ahead and read the article". Do you think that approach is the correct to avoid looking like an spammer?,

To make this a long term EXTREMELY well paying method, your approach of offering value is the way to go. You'll have a ton less issues to deal with because you are giving and not just taking and despite the IQ of the average FB user at about that of a carrot, they recognize that.
That post is a little spammy but would probably work. A 2 - 3 sentence comment with a link and an image. You want that image to be clickable and you want to pull the image from your site. You can see what posting the link will look like using this:

Here's one that you could just post the link and let the content and image do the talking for you:
It's not a site that anyone is marketing so I'm not outing anyone here but that would be a fine ad.

Your have to learn to cloak a url and then learn to re direct the users to correct sales/website

Your have to create a really nice facebook page around your business and what you offer and what you sell, then you need to build on it to get likes and views , best way to give Sonethink away.
As your page grows you then slowly learn where to put your links in groups , really go for it the better placed a link the better traffic you get and better sales.
Becouse you make a good facebook page and views and like your posting links in groups wont hurt, i suggest images with watermark to a redirecting page like i explained.

So I will post mydomaine.com first and then redirect it into ( somewhere.com for example ) where I have the code mentioned above and redirect them to my sales page. Is that correct ?

@BassTrackerBoats mate to how many groups your accounts join?, i mean its ok to be on a hundred group and tag each group in mass planner?, for example 10 groups about fitness, 10 more groups about buy/sell on the same account?, or facebook groups niche doesnt matter when posting?

BTB, do you prefer having websites on specific domain extensions? or any kind of domain extension like .xyz, .club are fine for the websites? (the 0.89$ domains)

I only use .com, .org and .net.
.xyz will get your account banned real quick - that I know for sure.
