paypal asked me for a call

hi my paypal is for Indonesia but there is 2 month i am in Germany and checking my paypal from germany

yesterday i tried to sent money and i could after that i tried another but i couldn't i asked paypal support and they told i should call them

any body had same experience ?

what they ask and what should i answer ?

Maybe your paypal suspended for login with german ip.

That happened to me once when I was travelling. They wanted to know that I was me and that I was the one ordering the things that were being ordered.
It was short and friendly, not the worst call I ever had to make.

Unless of course, you're not actually you. Then I'm sure it gets more complicated.

They'll probably just ask security type questions, what's your address, ID number, etc. I'd just do the call and get it over and done with.

Yeah it's a normal procedure. Because your location has changed they just want to confirm it's really you. Just call them and am sure you'll solve the issue fast.

Yep, had to call Paypal a few times for different issues. Compared to calling my bank it was a generally pleasant experience every time.

They ask you to call, for them to verify and would probably ask your personal information. just in case they may also ask you to send them supporting documents that will prove it was really you the owner of the paypal account. most probably government id's and proof of billing address is what they needed.

If you change your country then you should confirm them that you are going to access your paypal from different country, they did for your safety,

Call them (on a LL/mobile if it is possible) and explain to them what they want to listen. They will check the phone number you called from and confirm that it is authentic and you are really in Germany imo.

Call them from the motel's line (if it can connect overseas) and tell them about it. Ask them if you can continue to call from Skype if they want to talk further.... If you cannot connect thru motel line, then skype and say so (that you tried the motel line unsuccessfully)... this alone might help them trust you're OK!
They might ask you to upload your motel bill... or your passport visa page. If they do, then (partly) hide the numbers on the visa and also some (parts) of your most important details.

Btw, how do you communicate with your home based guys apart from using skype or internet? How do you use internet?

Do you phone (call) using coin-box public phones?

i called paypal by skype and they just asked my last 4 number of my card number and fix it
