Whats a good Proxy Scrapper and Checker

I'm looking to get a good proxy scrapper and checker, I've been checking the site but most of the ones being given away are either broken or the download links no longer work. could someone point me to one that's either free or doesn't cost the moon.

thx it looks good, dont know if its the sites or just bad proxies but each time i check the list i have it says different ones are good

What kind of proxies are you looking for? I scrape all my proxies with scrapebox and never had any problems.
