I purchased an order for comments on 07/22 and they never initiated. The order ID for this is: 10716.

I also bought two purchases of instant followers. They haven't initiated. Maybe the service is a little slow but I purchased instant followers which never processed. Anyhow, the order ID's for these purchases are: 11252 (followers, without refill @ 1.40/1k) and 11253 (bulk followers @ 2.00/1k). Hopefully this gets resolved soon because I really enjoy using this service but recently most of my orders have not been processing which scares me.

Thanks for using sociaffy. Recently an issue came up with if comments but it would be done. Pls manually check your followers order. The progress bar on the dashboard doesnt update realtime as it use to. Crawler bug. Our NEW DASHBOARD would launch shortly. Pls create a ticket with your message here for followup.

Why are so many order simply not delivered?

For example, 10799 about a month ago and no ticket response and simply no delivery.

As I've stated in other threads mods need to re-review social sellers since they're becoming more like scammers instead of sellers.

Unless you contact them, the order will simply not be delivered. Only if you post a message like this they'll do something about it.

No one is trying to scam you here. There are thousands and thousands of orders running in the system and for some reason, an order could either not go into the server, get stuck or something.

I'm not here to defend a negative review buddy.

If your old ticket got no response then reopen it or send me details via pm.

Order 10799 was completed a long time back. I had to check manually. Ignore the stats of the system. There are minor bugs with it and thats why we are launching a new dashboard in a few days.

Is there any other order you have issues with?

Some clients never get satisfied. I would send in a few more. That should resolve the iss.
