When I purchased the bot I read that you can use the licence on 3 devices (PC, laptop, etc) at the same time. If things didn't change you can use it on 3 devices.

Correct, you can also run unlimited instances on a single machine via FILE > NEW DB INSTANCE
IT is not there any more, the tab that you opened the custom search window from is where you specify the input search term. In the future for support, come to the support forum

you will need to provide your own emails
it is the same as signing up a normal account.
On the SCRAPER tab it can confirm if a domain is available to signup or not
