Vietnamese Scammers?

I've noticed in the last couple of weeks/months there has been a insanely high amount of Vietnamese users that get banned super fast.
I've also noticed there is an abundance of Vietnamese users that claim to sell FB Ad Accounts, but so far I've heard nothing but bad things about them,
Recently I was added by Hoang Anh, skype username hoanganh020990, claiming to be female
I was also added by her "colleague" Pham Binh Nahm skype username bhamlol because the first person had such awful english and was clearly using google translate so I couldn't understand her.
These guys want to resell my fb ad accounts which sounds extremely sketchy on itself
Do any of these names sound familiar? Should I just block them?

I don't think they have a website.
They just want to buy from me and then resell, but it just won't work
Maybe after scamming people with shitty accounts they're trying to sell quality?

They could find you and force you for your money, or even worse the vietnamese girls that could seduce you out of your cash. Either way your pockets will be drained, not good

Well good thing I am a many thousand of miles from Vietnam and I doubt (and hope) they can't find me from a Skype account with a fake name lol

They are probably new to the online scene.
