There are people who are skeptical about SEO hostings and that's what I would consider to be a slight footprint, even though really pathetic one. We are still using EBN and we are completley satisfied with the service. Didn't want to make them a bad advertisement or anything, it's just that it's a SEO hosting created exactly for the purposes of the PBNs.

No, I've outsourced most of my PBNs recently to these guys. I asked them if they were willing to offer some PBNs to the public since they usually just do business more privately/not on a forum with 700k members, and they were.

I'll hear with them. Seems like they might get a lot of orders or are busy with their primary clients. My feedback: I outsource most of my PBNs to them, and have no problem with them, but I do not do a lot of communication with them anymore except providing links + anchors to point the PBNs to.

Personally I do just 1 article per PBN, have yet to see what type of PBNs they provided me this time. I have started to not give a flying fuck anymore since any PBN will be penalized if they get manually checked (unless you spend literally thousands per PBN to make it not only look, but BE a real site). It's a calculated risk to use PBNs, that you may or may not be willing to take.

Update

Nothing to update about really. A small decrease in earnings actually, last 30 days is $165. But, I am not concerned really, it's all about ranking the top 3 before the real money rolls in, and at #1 I'll be banking. Currently I am #13.

In the OP you said your main goal is to flip the site for $100k.. but here you are saying you don't give a shit about PBN quality as long as they rank you. Which will potentially lead to a site wide deindexing for you or the person who buys your site.

I believe he will give it some time for consistent earnings but that is a risk with buying any site that is ranking high. You never know what links are hidden.

I'm just reading about this large sale on Matthew Woodward's site. The seller sold it for almost $200,000 with a $150 a month PBN.

Empire Flippers report mention "Concerns about the PBN".

I'd just say that you go for the most known hosting companies out there, mix it up a lot and check for unknown hosting companies as well. Just keep it random, never build any footprints. Mine are all on different server locations, IPs, etc etc

This month was quite unproductive on this project. I forgot to send in the anchors for this site for the whole month which resulted in no PBNs being placed. I sent them a few days ago though so they should be placed in the coming 2-3 weeks. I never stress about stuff like that though, 1 month here and there doesn't make much difference. I am working on my 10 other projects so it's not like I am laying in bed doing nothing when 1 month randomly passes by. I've been spending the last few days of holiday with my friends as well which was needed

This months earnings, from 1st to 30th (tomorrow I will know the total, won't be more than +$30 though) was $282.9. A big increase from previous month's $160
