Numerous social media influencers on Twitter are selling "shoutouts" on Snapchat. They appear to mostly be on faked "male niche" accounts where some dude is posting lots of booty shots, but will then post your Snapcode in between. People screenshot these and then they can follow across. The trick is having something enticing enough that a bunch of horny dudes will actually want to follow
