I signed up with markethealth.com to promote a product they are offering that has a great potential. Trouble started when I tried the aff link before even putting it on my site, it does't show in my stats. After three days I tried other products that are on trial although I have no interest and the stats show in real time. In case this is not outright 100% shaving before I even start a traffic campaign then their system is one of the worst. To add to their an reliability they dont have am on chat and say they dont use email coz of spam. They suck so much that in case some one had any luck with them let us know.

Hi Joe,

They are not a scam but their support sucks big time. I made about $1000 last month with them and would be doing the same this month or much more if google hadn't decided to slap their branded stores!

Forget emailing them and if you phone them you usually speak to someone who sounds suicidal.

I was finally assigned an AM last month once I started making some sales. He was ok until I started quizzing him on the google slap issue, now I can't get a reply out of him.

Its a real shame because I was getting awesome conversions with them. Hopefully I'll get it sorted out.

But no, they are not a scam, just a bit sh*t.

Nick

Hi Nick,It's cool to hear that you had luck with them, some of the products seem to have some potential for now I have to move on and try another network. I will try to call them about the tracking issue and see what comes up.

I made $65 through promoting some CPA offers 2 days ago..
But havn't made anything since :l

I have been paid by them on time twice before. But only $20 each time.

Some of their products sell, many don't. Also their "statistics" seem really suspect as via testing by myself and others with really targetted traffic, the conversions weren't close to what they say they are. There was also a thread last year at DP which raised a serious issue of shaving that they said was attributed to "cookies", even when some people had their friends buy products from a clean computer.

Yeah a friend and I had not such great experience with them as well.

I called them yesterday (from the UK!) and asked to speak to an AM who had expertise in PPC and got through to the one that's been avoiding me! lol
He didn't seem to care about the issues I raised and said no one else was having the same problem even though he earlier admitted HE had the same issue.
I then checked my PPC links and noticed that for some the affiliate ID in the order page URL was not mine!
I managed to get one of the AM's on AIM and he said he'd investigate.
I would love for them to sort this out and for me and to be able to come back on here and say everything is great. Their products do convert very well but they clearly have major issues.

How did you get the AM aim id, I cant see of the said contact at the back end.

I was thinking about using them. But i'd rather one with better customer service..

That is right. Sometimes service is he most desirable thing for satisfaction in any thing related to business. I would go for higher cost rather choosing a low quality service provider. Does not matter what condition they are in.

The customer serive I have found to be pretty good. Requested a change of payment to another paypal account they sorted it within 24 hours.
And I have been paid on time for the last 3 months.. They might not be as bad as people make out..?

I hear pro and cons about market health. Are they paying on time? That was the biggest complaint about them.

I know of people that have had problems with them, some in the $25k+ range. I'd stay away from them if I were you.

I have been using them for a while. Never had a problem. But i am now trying to contact via the phone. And i have been waiting for 16 min so far. This is a bit SH!T

So if market health is crap, who's the better alternative?

I want to know because I have a medium sized project coming up soon and its centered around them, but I haven't dealt with them before.

thanks,

Well, i've been with them for almost a year now. Got paid every single time.

Although I hear they manage their cookies differently with other networks.

I've never had a problem being paid but their cookies suck and the whitelabel sites aren't adwords compliant.

Oscar@GEM, don't spam this thread!
=============

For over a year, I have had good commissions from MarketHealth, although some days the stats go wonky - up a whole lot in 1 day or zero for days. That is the part that raises my suspicions. anyone want to cmpare days?

The payments have always come through, though, which says a lot about their stability.
