My Scrapebox can't connect to the servers, it seems that "http://www.scrapebox.com 1" server, and official website http://www.scrapebox.com also has some issues (error 502), as it's stated on pingdom.com (http://stats.pingdom.com/vz0wm9714wj5)

Hello, I am having trouble transferring my license from one PC to another. My old PC died, and I do not have access to Scrapebox.
I have downloaded Scrapebox it on my New PC, and have submitted my details 3 different times now, with no luck of it being activated.
I am now getting an Error "We have not been able to submit your activation request.".
I have contacted support a couple times, but all they do is send in automated email with a youtube video.
If I can kindly get some help with this, It would be greatly appreciated.
I still have all my emails when I purchased Scrapebox and my plugins.

The website is currently being DDOS attacked, so license transfer are not available however ScrapeBox is still working and you can still update ScrapeBox, download addons, plugins etc.
If you have submitted your details 3 times before today and it hasn't worked then the reason is either the email or transaction id you are entering (or both) do not match what you entered when you originally activated ScrapeBox. You need to enter the exact same Email and TID you originally entered and it will work. A common mistake people make is entering the TID of a plugin to transfer ScrapeBox, this wont work it needs to be the TID for ScrapeBox.
But as mentioned above, the site is currently being DDOS attacked, so transfers are not available.
Also ScrapeBox v2.0.0.70 has just been released with several bugfixes.

Hello, Sweetfunny. First off i want to thank you for your swift response, and secondly your program rocks.
Now, I did double check my credentials. I have even called Paypal to verify my transaction ID is correct, and it is correct.
Once the DDOS stops I will try to attempt it again.

I tried to use 50K keywords for Detailed Harvester. I chose Bing only and set the results to 100. But at some point, SB crashed and exited. It was a new VPS (3.2Ghz, 6 Cores, 4GB RAM) and it happened again. This problem occurred on the old VPS (2.4Ghz, 6 Cores, 6GB RAM). I have to limit to 5000 keywords to prevent it from crashing. Is this normal?

How did you get the proxies there? By loading them from file, clipboard,cloud, or by harvesting them?
