My explore page looks different, optimized, there is now videos from accounts that are featured in BIG across the space of at least 3 normal photos/videos, one in the top, and then again as I scroll down. I've only seen it for videos, so @VapeMonkey I'm curious if your niche and yourself are using videos regularly?This can explain why some niche, that rarely use videos got hit, while others got a huge increased influx.

It's real! Hoping they figure it out on their end. The day I gained +977 I had a photo go viral ( 17K likes ) normal photos get 2000-6000 likes.

I don't work with videos, but I do have seen some smaller accounts with total video blowups. Talking about 100k+ views and a shitload of likes in a 2 hours timespan.

I do have a theory, which I'm not disclosing yet, but I'm pretty sure that no botted account is on the right side at the moment.

It's not a coincidence that this all started since Monday for the winnners and loosers.

If you were boting with aggressive settings and overusing the software, then sure you maybe got flagged and are now crying. Everyone who was using their brains and was working under the radar, they still have no problems.

It's pretty simple.
You follow people to increase you following which goes hand in hand with the main goal of increased exposure.
Instagram doesn't want people playing the system, so if you have high follow/unfollow numbers they might just start to suppress your exposure. Can't say I have anything to back that up apart from it makes sense if you take it back to 1st principles.

ChiliPeppers, I definitely agree with you. They can trigger the system that way but it's hard to say what is a high follow/unfollow traffic. I'm a friend of taking it slow & safe, and do nothing what a regular Instagram user wouldn't do. Keep delays high and near to the edge, this will keep you under the radar and save from being flagged.

Botting DOES has something to do with it. Not talking about the system or software itself, but I'm talking about the quality of the followers. In most cases botted followers are just bad shit and they followed you by courtesy. With high quality followers, your engagement is way higher which can make the algo decide to kick you to explore.
