If you parents can't afford to pay for university and they don't believe in the Internet then you need to make a decision.
There must be some part time jobs that you can combine with your studies.
Are you only going to study because your parents are telling you to?
What are your goals? What do you want to study and why?
If you don't know the answers to those questions then you will be better off just working.

Making money online is not for everyone, and for most it doesn't come easy.

Thank you. You know what first of all i told you i was earning even $350 per month with directory sites so that means i can learn and earn online. Second thing is i am asking if someone share and help me or guide me personally as i did i can or i will in future personally without thinking on one helped me. But what i got that many or even every one specially who posted comment here are not too successful and they can just suggest me and advice me and nothing but thanks to them at least then understand me and take the part. And with it my life is not stopped i will never give up even i will stand alone i believe on myself.

How about listing all the methods that you have tried and then try to identify why you failed.
There are several threads where even the most clueless noobs are making money but I am not going to link to them because I don't think you have even searched.

you could have googled that and found an explanation but it appears you do want spoonfeeding
or look at freelancing sites.

Some of the people I know that have been doing internet business (IM, if you will) for a few years aren't even making $300/mo, it isn't for everyone. It's only the ones actually taking action and doesn't give up that succeed.

Dear OP, There is no magic button here to earn money. As many of my fellow friends pointed here, you have to move your a** and work instead of asking advices. I think the quickest way for you to get 350 bucks per month is to cold call local businesses (It's been mentioned more than once already in this thread) I've been in the similar situation before when I dropped out from college. Here's what I did and would recommend you.

Step 1: Select a particular industry in your country that are usually untouched by big firms such as a local Press or a small restaurant etc.
Step 2: Create a mind blowing website design for each niche that you chose (Just invest few bucks here. If you don't have money then go and work part time job for 3 months . When I got kicked out of the college, I had a bike luckily. I joined a fleet of milk men to deliver milk at 5.00 AM in the morning. I cross-sold(!!) to my customers that I can also deliver newspapers for them. Slowly I was making around $75 per month for 2 hours per day of biking.Rest of the day I used to learn coding from w3schools. I created a website for my family doctor without even asking him. Visited his place and showed the website to him on my friend's mobile. He was excited and payed my $50+$10 I think for a cheap yearly hosting. That's how I got my first customer.
Step 3: Invest in a visiting card and have your own website
Step 4: Most of the folks that you talk over phone might ask you to send samples. Get their time and visit them directly and let them experience the web design personally.
Step 5: Target atleast 20 meetups. I'm sure atleast 2 or 3 will convert $100 each. This is you goal for next 2 months.
Step 6: From 3rd month you'll be busy with converting the pipeline you've built and keep adding new leads by cold calling
Step 7: Show the money to your family and ditch the fucking college. Save money, hire few people and start your business from home.
Step 8: Hire your college mates if you want after they finish college. You might be running a 30+ member team by then.
Step 9: Share your experience back in BHW and help others.
Step 10. Stop reading further and move you a** right now and get started.

Thanks for your great guidance. After disappointing from here i decided to create sites and sell them to flippa and now i will learn how to rank a site then i will rank or then sale and within 3 months i will share my journey hare.

For the people who are telling this guy to get a job, you probably live in a first-world country. In the US, we get minimum wages of $10~$15/hour with some other places offering a lot more. However, in this guys situation, he is living in Pakistan where minimum wage is barely anything. So before you tell anyone to get a job, know where they are living.

Tip for you dude, just get a loan to finish school and then work it off after you finish. That's what most people here in the US do.
