Thank you very much and yes i am not going to give up and will fight even i lose then i fight back and fight again.I want to take another course on a university but I can't and my parents can't afford that too that's why I'm practicing my English by joining many forums and hopefully find some methods that I can afford . Been lurking for how many years but still not earning real money aside from my Bitcoin ventures . You should tell your parents that you will go IM way and maybe they will give you some capital to start if your serious as you said that your a middle class family and for sure you can afford to buy a domain and hosting and start blogging even if your just copying the contents just try it until you run dry and if you think it will not give you good result for the long run find another way don't stop if your serious and not just bragging about poverty . #1 OP is talking about "college" fee!
#2 Yes, if its a government institution, the fee is less. But for private ones obviously fee is high and you dont get admissions in govt colleges easily ( unless you really study hard or enjoy reservation advantages in India ).
#3 Even I am an Indian and pursuing my engineering degree so I guess I am also a bit aware of what fee structures are here in the country!

Mumbai university is not a college. There are tons of several private colleges under it.
Just to indulge you, let's talk private universities.
LPU charges 125k a year for B.E
Alliance Bangalore charges - 150k INR
NIT, THIRUCHIRAPALLI charges 78k
NIT, Karnataka charges - 52k
PSG College, Coimbatore charges - 57k
COEP, Pune charges - 60k
VNIT, Nagpur charges 100k
I can go to BITS Pilanio for 250k if I want. But I won't if I CANNOT afford it.
$300 a month works out to over 300k Pakistani rupee a year. Which more expensive then even the likes of BITS Pilani.
So am I, your point being? I didn't refer to your views as "shit" either.

Can't you just get the call center job for a while to save up money and go to college next year? Or use it to get to go to a trade school for welding or something and then after a while go to college when you have good money?
