i been creating my Facebook ads but It seem like it's gets confusing at times. Should I hire a fb expert to do research on what I'm advertising and controlling my ads?

I would start at 20 dollars a day and keep increasing. How much should I pay for a job like this? Hourly or fixed price?

We can do this Job for you! We got huge amount of ads accounts and a perfect team who manage them .. can offer hourly or monthly price

Dude is asking for advices, not offers.
This is not hire a freelancer section though.

if you have some time you should try learning it do some experiments and if you don't have time then hire someone

Yes, I'm asking for advice like how much should the going rate be to have someone research and run my campaigns. I don't need people to leave comments just to get their post count up. Thanks

Mate, I just tried to explain you the detailed answer regarding your query and hope it will be helpful to you that's why asked you to the Skype discussion because I already run Facebook Ads...

If you got time, stick on to it and learn. have someone by your side if needed. things you lean will be more important

If you're looking for someone who really understands what he is doing and does not just want to get your ideas and stuff you better be prepared to pay a % of the budget you're going to spend or of the revenue you're making.

Pretty much what ben223 said. No one who really knows these secrets is going to give them for free. It's worth a lot. It's much more difficult than it seems.
