Question: Is it possible to advertise with monetization disabled?

Okay, so here goes.

When I created an adsense account, it was disabled pretty much immediately. I associated it with my YouTube account, and after a day possibly after I had gotten maybe 5-10 views (Literally as I started it) I found it disabled. On my YouTube channel It also shows that monetization is disabled for my channel. Now I currently have +100 subscribers in the past 28 days and that number keeps on growing, I want to do something about this.

I have appealed and failed very very many times. I was wondering if there was a way I could still monetise my videos through another means such as through a network that does so, but it must accept and work past the fact my monetization is disabled. I need to know if there's any way anyone has actually done this, not just some assumptions. I have applied to the freedom network and one or two others and have not heard back so I assume decline.

what is the reason of disabled monetization? you just uploaded your original content and so or monetization gone due to adsense? btw as i know no partner networks accept a channel with monetization disabled.

Invalid click activity apparently. Exactly 0.00 earning though so I dont think I was even clickbombed.
