Need US/CA Dekstop/Mobile Traffic

Hi all,

I need quality traffic from US/CA on my websites. I have tried bing/adwords for buying traffic but no success. I use to receive maximum of 1.5K - 2K clicks daily from both. I have two concerns now.

1.) In Bing/Adwords how to get approx 40K clicks daily (Maximum CPC $0.20). I need Keywords with that much traffic on them.
2.) If its not bing/adwords from where i can buy this amount of quality human traffic with in $0.20(Max CPC).

Information about website:
I use blogging websites on multiple niche like recipes,mobile updates,etc.
