Would you use an hacked email list with CPA ?

Well I got a huge list of emails (millions...) from hacked websites for free (given by an hacker).

What would you do with that ? Spam CPA offers ? How ?

Or would you just do nothing

Yep I know the websites. I just don't know if its worth paying a tool for emailing this (well billions of email, I guess 0.01% CR is still great).
Do you have an idea of a tool for mass mailing ?

If u use them for CPA injection they will be unresponsive.. it will work at start but you will soon be cut off the affiliate network for fake leads. They will catch up to it as soon as the offer owner notices, they have sophisticated ways of tracking. So IF you know what niche the emails are related to you can try spam them with a massmailer solution. goodluck

I'm actually not looking for CPL but CPA => I earn money only if the customer use its credit card ^^ so I don't know why it would be a problem ?
