my own virgin proxies for instagram

As almost every proxy provider offers rotated private proxies which are useless for instagram, or even if i buy instagram dedicated proxies it turns out that they are blacklisted or so... I decided to buy VPS and IP adressess and start my own virgin private proxies, but there is one problem, they need justification for it. is it a good reason if i tell them that i need proxies for running social networks accounts?

Hosting company inside hosting company? What if i tell them that I will create proxy servers and resell them? I've also few hundred domain, maybe they'll allow it if i say that i need a separate ip for each domain?

Proxy selling is never allowed by them legally... So they won't accept that reason... Yes you can say domain reason that you need each domain to be hosted separately

btw. how proxy providers are able to obtain IP ranges?

they buy it from Internet Providers or DC providers, not from ARIN....

I am planning to buy these proxies through hosting company, what does DC mean?

Data Center.... search around... there are lot of people who provide whole sets of subnets... depending upon subnet you choose you can have 100s to 1000s of IPs... And then there is a technology called tunneling to create proxies through IPs...
