Need Help finding Reliable High-Risk Merchant account

Cool suggestion for a company that is almost only 2 years old and already accepting high risk business I would really wait to see how long they stay in business. It is Switzerland they are located in and for sure they will not allow all kind of high risk business and don't even Adult, Tobacco, Pharma and stuff like that.. if they process it then because they mix the transactions.

However, use them on your own risk and with care.. the first 3 years of a payment company are critical and even more when they start accepting high risk business!

What do you mean by "if they process it then because they mix the transactions"? I don't understand.

Do you guys know a processor that would accept drug paraphernalia? Like pipes etc...

Yeah, me too. I need one. Domestic only. Good volume.
What processor did you use to get the beginning volume? I'm was just starting my new store when my processor gave me the bad news...

How many refunds during 1 year have you made? can this be seen on your processing history with one of the payment processors you have been processing with?

I haven't been open longer than 8/9 months so thats about as far back as i can go on processing.. However, they are all in average exactly what you see on the one month i posted the ss of.

You can find a list of disallowed business types here: https://securionpay.com/faq/general-admission-boarding/

The company in question while only being a couple of years old is processing for some very big players. Also, this is a merchant account so I'm not sure what the age of the company has to do with anything. They only provide the gateway so do not stand in the way of your funds. Your transactions are processed by the acquiring bank and deposited directly into your bank account by the bank. This is not a third party setup or IPSP.

It's disconcerting when people don't spend more than 2 minutes to look at something and then make assertions - this isn't aimed at you JoeM.

I suggest you peruse the site and contact them. They are very accessible and easy to talk to. Long story short, this is how it works:

They send you a form(s) to fill out which they then present to a German bank. They German bank either approves or denies your request for your own Merchant Account. Should you get approved, securionpay simple provides the frontend and backend gateways to the bank. The bank either accepts or declines transactions and any accepted transactions are reconciled and paid into a bank account of your choosing (likely your business bank account in your country).

At no point does securionpay touch your funds. Also, to my knowledge no bank "mix transactions" and as far as I am aware they are not allowed to do this anyway. The only people allowed to "mix transactions" are IPSPs (Internet Payment Service Providers) - like ccbill, epoch, and even Paypal. Basically IPSP aggregate all transactions under their own merchant account and collect and disburse funds to clients.

This is not the case when you have your own Merchant Account.

What do you mean by "if they process it then because they mix the transactions"? I don't understand.

Somone is promoting their business vehemently here, anyway, it's not of interest.

That's good, so far all payment gateway providers work and it's business standard for MAP's. You say a German bank, good knowledge, there is NO bank in Germany that will accept any high risk transactions that is related to, Pharmacy, Tobacco, Gambling or other similar business, nor will they touch anything that could or could not require a license because of financial service activity. Everything you put through the banks there need to be 100% clean!

High Risk business can be among other "legit business" be travel business and that's what they may advertise with high risk business. Anyway, small payment processors that just got started out are agressive in their marketing, they tend to take business on that is in the gray area of business just because they need volume. I have seen the industry develop since 2001 and know exactly how this works, and if you look back in history of this industry very bad things has happend just when everything looked great and awesome for one payment processor it went down!

It's all your money you can do exactly what you want I don't care, I just hate people claim something they don't are and see comments here from people that obvious don't know how this works.

Do you know what happen if the Acquiring bank that has approved a MID find out that they got fooled? Who do you think they share the penalty with that get issued by Visa and MC , the merchant / MID, the Payment Gateway provider, both ?

What do you think happen if a payment gateway provider starts sending several merchants to an Acquiring bank for approval and it all went out to be high risk, fraud or not allowed business?

I know the answers, do you?

I totally agree with you and if you keep things clean the MID that is catched in fraud or may be in conflict with the Acquriing banks or VISA/MC terms will be terminated and penalty issued, who do you think the penalty will be shared with once they start to issue one for each chargeback is coming? Also the bank may issue one MID / descriptor but the payment gateway can share this with several merchants, all has been seen before.

The banks will never mix transactions, that's what the MAP's do.

As I said before, use them if you like their fancy website and if you get turned on of their business. I will defiantly wait at least 1 or 2 years more before I even consider using them.

I could point you to various forum posts and blog posts on other websites, I have made in the past where I said the exact same words, 5 out 8 cases I was right ! I hope I'm wrong here and you all get happy long term :)

But if they use a German bank I don't know the point of using them, there are great Payment processors like WireCard already that deliver high professional payment processing, so there is Ogone a world leader.. I thought when it say Swiss payment processor they were using some like Aduno in Switzerland..

Good luck to you guys.

Are you seriously playing this card? Insinuating that I am somehow associated with this company? Defending your position with conjecture seems rather childish ...

Yes and this is why I provided a direct link to the types of businesses the DO NOT allow - Pharmacy and Tobacco are among them.

Presuming that you are the only person enlightened enough to know how things work is preposterous. I have been dealing with IPSPs, gateways and MIDs as an end user since 1999.

Do you know what happen if the Acquiring bank that has approved a MID find out that they got fooled? Who do you think they share the penalty with that get issued by Visa and MC , the merchant / MID, the Payment Gateway provider, both ?

Who is fooling anyone? You are required to state exactly what you will be processing for on the form. You are also required to give URLs for sites where transactions will be acquired. In this day and age, not many gateways or banks are going to knowingly allow you to lie. This isn't 2001 where the card associations turned a blind eye. You will always find unscrupulous providers but that's where doing your own due diligence comes in. Even on this forum you have a large number of ethical providers of services and then you have those that find their way onto the shit list. This is true of EVERY business.

I have been financially affected on numerous occasions. Think ibill, websitebilling, globill (if i am recalling this company name correctly), and epassporte. So to answer your question, yes, I am aware of the issues surrounding badly run companies and especially those that have access to your funds. It is also why I have had my own high risk MID in The Netherlands since 2007.

What do you think happen if a payment gateway provider starts sending several merchants to an Acquiring bank for approval and it all went out to be high risk, fraud or not allowed business?

Again, you're assuming too many things here. Are you stating as fact that this is what this company does?

But if they use a German bank I don't know the point of using them, there are great Payment processors like WireCard already that deliver high professional payment processing, so there is Ogone a world leader.. You can rattle off as many names as you like, the fact of the matter is providing people with choices. The same reason why you don't just have one global/national supermarket, one global/national car manufacturer, one global/national house builder. For the same reason one many choose you to form a company in Cyprus over your competitors.

I don't go and argue with you.. as I say do whatever you want just don't come back here and cry. I don'twant to waste my time on such stupid discussions that are more like whos dick is the biggest.

People take care and watch this company, put it on your bookmark if you are not going to use it now, and check it out during the next years. Time will show the truth.

I've PM everyone who needed this if anyone else needs help please PM me or add me on Skype.
