Really liked this service, until I recently just found out I was double charged for renewal on Paypal. I just opened up a support ticket and I am extremely disappointed. For the second charge I didn't even get an email- seems like they just tried to sneak it on without me noticing.
The second charge was for a higher amount than my current plan even was.
Pretty fucking ridiculous and regardless of whether this issue gets solved, these guys are clearly incompetent.
