No i haven't tried normal views but they wont work because they probably have 40% retention or less.

This all depends on the amount you purchase. Smaller orders are faster (within 72 hours) whereas larger ones are a bit longer for obvious reasons.

Currently we are only able to do 15min max. This is more realistic if you think about it.

Say you buy 1000 views on your video that is 3 hours long, its just not realistic to have 99% + of people watch it in full.

It just wasn't viable to offer anymore and was more of a pain to maintain. I started a new company specializing in trending and charting so moved things that side.
