3rd. Increases social signals.

4th. HR views around 1- 5k. this will get him ranked.

5th. Puts the video public.

6th. Tricky part. He then changes his tags, and Promotes the video.

7th Makes the video public. Enjoys the Viral effect he created.

This is the method I know he def uses. Youtuber simalar like him leaked me this method.
I tried this method on UFC content, I hit 130K views in a day, but I ended up deleting the video.
Because I received a lot of network attacks.

I know about one reliable traffic source it's called AdWords and specifically youtube ads guys....... I was doing my first video promotion pretty shitty one with some car crashed and I targeted desired category and countries accorrs EU and viola I got 1 cent views on my video....

yeah you can get your youtube account banned for buying views. If there real views it would be hard for youtube to detect if you bought them.

its hard for youtube to ban someone for views, because that would mean if i hated some youtuber i could just send a boat load of fake views n get him banned, I think at most youtube would just take away those fake views and Sh*tList your chanel so that it doesn't get exposure at all.
I wouldn't go with adword promotion i tried it before and it didn't get much results. SEO is key and also content, those 2 must be first before anything else.

Same appealing. I spend like 3 hours to make great thumbnails because this is what people click to the video. I edit my videos and sync with music (if you have seen agario content). I do good SEO to my videos, write good descriptions and tags (no spam tags) use vidiq to check other competitors tags. Since my channel is small, I don't make it to other people's related videos because I get like 700 views from my legit subscribers which is not enough.

I post my videos in reddit agario community but only like 20 people watch the video and used fb groups, about 50 people watch the video (not only my video, everyone's video get like 60 views, I have seen). So now I don't use anymore, neither the channels which I have mentioned above uses. Like I said, I think they found a cheap view provider which delivers 100K+ views and no problem with monetization.

So ask yourself do you want 100k fake views or 1000 real views?

Stop sweating the other guy, if you are doing everything right keep.doing it...

You want real views and real followers because that is what counts if you are banking with adsense or ppv, or ppd, yeah you could always pay for fake views to make it take off faster but it doesn't put money in your pocket which is what really counts...capiche....

Another possibility why he gets so many views is that he looks quite good and many girls would gaze at him on his videos. Just like most of the very popular channels on YT with lots of subscribers and views per video, they are usually owned by good looking guys and babes. Quite a lot of them even have huge followings on other social media platforms, if you do notice. They could just tweet/post about their new videos and drive droves of views to them.

Here's another possibility. The channels you mentioned could have purchased ad space from website owners to run their videos silently in the background. Yes, the videos were run automatically and without sound. I came across 3 or 4 of such websites when I was downloading things from MirrorCreator and saw those catchy titles and just clicked on them to read more. Each of those websites had some things in common - a lengthy article + a main video after the first/second paragraph (you can click to play or pause it) + a few banners on the right side + an autoplay video that is running silently at the bottom right side. You won't even know that the video was there till you finish watching the main video and scroll down to read the very long article. Maybe you can contact these website owners and negotiate with them to run your videos.
