So far I have placed an order for Soundcloud followers and Instagram followers and those orders started coming thru within minutes. This last order I placed though was for some UK Twitter followers and its been in Pending status for a while. Anyone that has used this or the OP can give me insight as to how long orders are placed in pending status and which products usually have that staus so that I don't miss deadlines with customers?

Please cancel as soon as possible so I can order the correct service. I've been waiting more than 3 days, it would probably be easier to enable the 'cancel' buttons in the user dashboard so this wouldn't be an issue.

I couldn't agree more, the support here is garbage. I was actually very happy with the quality of one of the Facebook services on Sociaffy but this lack of giving a shit for paying customers is shameful. I've been waiting almost 5 days to cancel an order so I can give you more of my money for a different service. I've spent hundreds of dollars with you and planned on spending lots more but you lost my business. Customer support and response time is important and you clearly don't give a shit about either.
