Can i use this plugin in combination with google adsense. I mean Google adsense in the sidebar and this in the video with another CPA? Won't they ban my google adsense?

Hi, with regards to the policy that AdSense uses you would be best to check with them. As this plugin wasn't created just to be used only with AdSense we don't provide specific advice on individual ad networks T&C's. Plus if I posted the current T&C's here and they changed in a few months I wouldn't be able to update this post to let others know the information had changed.

Any idea of a good CPA network that works very good with this plugin? I'm going for whitehat methods. Any advice since you mastered this part.

It's always difficult to recommend one network over the other really as it does depend a lot on the niche of your site and the kind of traffic you get. One of the main things to look at is finding an offer that is targeted towards your sites niche and your sites traffic. Some networks offer different ads to others so it always pays to jon up with a number of networks to see what ads they have so you can find the best one for your site and traffic.

It's likely that the shortcodes won't work but it depends on what shortcodes you intend to use and how they work.
