Will this rank and rent plan work?

Hey everyone,
I am getting ready to create my first rank and rent site but wanted some others’ opinions on if I am doing it right or if there is anything else I should include since I am very new to this. I have found a keyword with low search volume that I think I could rank for, kwfinder.com ranks the competition for it as “33/100 (not hard)", and the Google results on the first page do not appear to be SEO optimized. There is a total of 39,000 Google results for this keyword (not sure if I should include that).

From the videos/tutorials I’ve watched and read, here is my understanding of what I should do:



1) Purchase domain name with target keyword in it. (I’ve checked, there are plenty available.)



2) Create website with that domain, install Wordpress.



3) Make a few pages, write articles about the niche on each page (~1000 words each?), include the keyword in the articles, embed a Youtube video on each page, put links on each page within the articles linking out to other reputable sites.



5) Create links within the pages linking them to each other. (Home page to other pages, other pages to home page).



4) Purchase PBN backlinks.



5) Purchase PBN domain, 301 redirect it to the page I want to rank.

Would following this plan get my page to rank? What else would you suggest?

Yes,it will work but you can't get good ranking quickly I think.
Because as you said your keyword has nearly 39,000 search results.
So,you have to repeat the last four options again and again to get the good ranking.

Even though the competition is low? Most of the results aren't closely related to the keyword and don't have it in the descriptions or URL

Because of low competition, the search results are somewhat lower otherwise, it will more than that.
If you want to get good ranking try long tail keywords and also try to get EMD or PMD domains and redirect your site.
Branded anchors also work well I think.

Redirect my site to the PBN domain? Or the toher way around, I was planning on linking the PBN domain to my EMD so the site metrics would carry over to it.

Through my knowledge, you have to link your PBN with EMD that's work well.

To rent it out you can iframe the other persons site on yours. Or just add their details on your site

Ive been looking at wordpress plugins and ive come across ccs, semeasy, (double agent) xray serp. Not really fluent in html/css so, not really sure what iframing does i could add details to my shit websitte but then the question on how would i charge them monthly. Edit: ive made my website and im just waiting for my backlinks purchase to go through to see if i rank then im working out the whole "rent" process which is trippy.

It may not work depending on it what it is but it would be a lot better if you were able to find an existing domain that was generic enough you could use it for your rank and rent site. Many consumers dont even look/scrutinize the website name that much and it would make it much easier to rank that way. there are many sellers in marketplace @Nargil seems to be one of the good guys

I think Alex becker has a service for this. Sourcecss I think. And Im sure there's others out there and free methods aswell


I wanted to ask, do you have a google local business local business page and citations? I think that helps to rank but it's really hard to get a local business page without a address

Yea i dont want to pay 60 dollars / mn for ccs expecially since im 16 and im poor af. Its basically a simple Nose job surgery home page w/ like 3 or 4 pages of small towns and suburbs and if im going to pay i want it to be a 1 transaction. Most of Alex beckers products are decent but not worth hes a good businessman with great pitches. I'm trying to ranking pages and renting them out to clients so i can startup my own business maybe ill branch out do some affiliate or commerce idk rank n rent seems the best and easiest.
