Where can I save IG pics to my desktop?

I used to use Iconosquare but they only let people who pay use it now. It was so simple to use and quick too.

Does anyone know of a similar website to easily save Instagram photos?

Did you mean schedule? If yes, you can try Gramblr. It is a desktop application, and you can use it to schedule your Instagram posts for free.

EDIT: If you want to save pictures from an Instagram account to your computer, use 4kStogram. It is free too.

Try websta.me or a different ig web viewer, there are a few.

I'm not sure what's your end game, but there are different free tools on this very forum to download ig pics either by hashtag or by user.
