Like you service, but your SSL certificate is misconfiqured. I keep getting error in firefox. (I have to add exception everytime I login)

It only happens in firefox, everything is fine with the cert. It just seems that firefox only likes the very fancy expensive ssl certs.

Service Review:
I've been using ACTproxy for about a month and a half now and I can say that I like the quality of their proxies. They work for the speed I need and the price is great. I've recommended about 4-5 other people to their service.
The ONLY complaint I have is customer service is hit or miss. When I first signed up and had questions customer service was excellent and I got exactly what I needed. Recently, I had a few proxies that were banned for the site I needed to use it for-before I ever tried to use them and when I inquired about the difference in proxies I received a harsh reply and was told that I wasn't allowed to specify a site anyway. That made no sense considering on the signup for it asks WHAT SITE YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE PROXIES FOR.
I want to believe I just got someone on a bad day or something, but I'll be honest-I was looking to make a pretty purchase of proxies. Now, I'm looking at alternative proxy services just in case quality continues to decline.
Overall I'd give them a 6.5/10 at this point. The proxies work well initially, but the customer service could be better. I do appreciate the overall ease of use of the dashboard and interface too.

We appreciate this. We always try to do our best to offer a great service to our customers.
I'm not sure what you mean by "harsh reply" sometimes we need to reply quickly to our customers because we need to get to everyone in time. We don't mean to be harsh with anyone. When you purchase our proxies maybe you misread: "Proxies will be used for" and right underneath the text box it states: "Purpose of use is for general support only.". The information provided in this area during checkout assists with general support enquiries only, we will make this more clear soon.
The quality of our proxies is always excellent and we always try to match this with our support. We apologies if you thought we were being harsh with you, but again sometimes we need to answer many enquiries quickly.

Harsh reply means the customer service person was rude. i can open another support ticket if you like or give you the original ticket number, but I wouldn't be making it up if it didn't occur. Perhaps I did misread, but it might also be misleading to use ambiguous language in your advertising. You definitely should make that clearer sooner than later. I'm not trying to be a jerk-I'm just giving an honest review of my experience with your service. I didn't say it was a dealbreaker, but it does have me reconsidering my larger proxy order for other companies.
This was one of the problems I've had with mine as well. The language on the site is unclear. It makes it seem like you'll get your request, but it's more of a general service. With that being said...the proxies do work well when they work.

5 days after using his proxies and I can say that proxies are not for instagram and other social media. After logging my accounts to their IP my account receives instant ban. I won't be using their service again.
