Again you want to target the right keywords, have the right setup in terms of squeeze pages etc. If you've got that down, the budget can be higher because you're building a list and not wasting the money spent.

Great share OP. I'd like to add more tips for number 6. Other than youtube, you can rank easily with Quora page and Reddit on top 10 google. I've tested this and doing it to backup organic traffic from google.

Yes I forgot to add this. I did at least say "YouTube video or posts", but what I really meant was to elaborate: Warrior Forum posts, YouTube videos, and many other authority sites.

I'm not sure what you mean by Parasites, could you elaborate? High PR sites such as YouTube, Warrior Forum and others are always easier to rank than your own website.
