This probably won't make anyone a ton of cash, and it might have been mentioned before, but I thought I'd share because it made me 30-70 bucks a day back when I used this method.

First, you'll need an Amazon affiliate account and a Yahoo Answers account.

The great thing about Yahoo Answers pages is that they often rank high in Google and they stick for a long time.

So, do an advanced search in Yahoo Answers for questions like, "Where can I buy" or "Where do I get" or "I want to buy" or "Does anyone know here I can get a", etc. These are people who are ready to buy a product, but they can't find it. They're normally just completely computer illiterate.

Now go to Amazon and find the product they're looking for. Make an affiliate link for it and post it as an answer. Not only will they click on your link and buy it, but when someone searches Google with the same question, you'll make sales when they click your link, too.

Also, did you know that whenever someone clicks on your Amazon affiliate link, you get commission on anything they buy on Amazon in the next 24 hours?

So let's say a teenager clicks on your link to go check out a Twilight journal or something, and then they get off the computer. Their dad comes in the room, turns on the computer, and goes to Amazon to buy a brand new $3,000 camera. You'll get commission for that.

Speaking of big ticket items, try to find questions on YA about what the best kind of camera or TV or camcorder to buy is. Then find a review, copy it into your answer, and put up an affiliate link to the item. Huge commissions to be made!

They do, somehow. They're just not good at searching. Or maybe they're lazy. Either way, they're making you money. =P

cool method I have used it and made cash as well, thanks for sharing that,

Yeah, they won't always buy. That's true.

But making the actual link is super easy. It takes about 30 seconds.

What you're really making money on is not so much that one particular person, but all the other people who will find the Yahoo Answers page when they search Google.

I just started posting on Yahoo answers and am trying to figure out how aggressive you can be in posting up an affiliate link. So far I have used a link to my WH site with legit content that cookie stuffs the visitor with egay and a few other targetted affiliates. I just got my answer removed because of a violation. I even appealed the violation pointing out that this was not an affiliate site and they still said I was in violation. My answer was kickass - offered real advice with one WH link. Can you always get your Amazon links to stick?

Im wondering if Yahoo Answers converts well.. I know it gets a lot of traffic, but is each indvidual question views a lot? Thanks for the share :)

I have gotten some success from yahoo answers but tbh for me unless I have some extra time online or cant sleep late at night their are other more productive ways for me to spend my time trying to make money.

I tried this method but when I posted my Amazon affiliate, my link is not clickable and it only shows part of it like this: hxxp://www.amazon.com/2314/affiliate_id2132....

It doesn't show the rest of the link so people can't even copy and paste it. Anyone know why?

Try putting it in the "source" section.

Yahoo answers have a bug at the moment. Yahoo is aware of the links not being clickable etc and are trying to fix the problem.

This problem only arose in the last day or so, so shouldnt be to long till they get it fixed and your links will then show properly and clickable again....

Wow thank god! I was so scared for a moment. But there are some people that answered before me, maybe only a few hours before, that have clickable links. I hope it gets fixed soon.

This problem with YA happened before but they always fixed it so don't worry.

One of the oldest tricks in the book is to start a thread yourself on a hot topic.

Get some accounts, use some proxies and give answers to your own questions. Make it look as though the question is alive.

In the end you step in with one of your accounts and give the golden answer. This answer will be selected as the best and contains the link.

It's this answer that shows up in Google.

Thats strategy at its finest right there :)

Use the fking thanks button, that's what its for
And That's Not Wasting Posts?, Cool Stuff But As Post Waster Says Harro Posted Before! :)

the issue isn't a bug, you need to be at level 2 now to make your links clickable,

just from answering questions it'll prob take about 4/5 days to get your account to level 2

you can probably speed up that process by voting your answers to the top.
