Yes, i have a lot of stealth accounts.
Also tried with new accounts. Sometimes they just say that this error is because account is new.
Ok. Wait a a few days don't do anything, try again, still no luck. Call again, and explain that you already called a few days ago, but it still doesn't let you to pay. They will see that you have really called and have waited all this time, and will lift this feature...

Okay yeah i understand taht about sending smaller payments, but can the small payments be for $1? and how many do i need to make and how longuntil i can actually buy something expsensive? If it will take months it isnt worth it to me.

It seems you do not, or you would be very unlikely to be continuing to have this challenge. It helps to be more forthright about one's illicit activities to get a better response. But, I doubt too many people are actually motivated to help you here since it is increasingly transparent why you can't make this purchase.
Here is a novel idea ... use an actual credit card to buy it, or your debit card associated with YOUR own checking account. Why is it you feel compelled to ONLY make this purchase with paypal? That's a rhetorical question OP - it's very clear you are attempting to defraud either an individual or paypal themselves, so I doubt you will be successful.
Your level of expertise implies you will never resolve this challenge OP. It's probably due to that whole fraud thing you're trying to accomplish?

Called Paypal hundreds of times across multiple payment accounts to facilitate resolutions to these kinds of challenges. Since every time I was actually using legitimate payment means, and my own informations ... I always could buy the thing ... even up to well over $6500 transactions. This has nothing to do with the age of the account OP. Why not just ask us directly how you can steal from paypal, your bank, or other private individuals or public institutions?

Really Wished you woulda Pm'ed me before making such a serious claim, Now Im forced to school ya on a public forum, Not sure if you read anything aboutwhat im trying to do, or if you know anything about paypal, if you do then you have probably been to aspkin.com a paypal forum, if not then you shouldnt even be responding to this thread because you arent going to know shit.
Basically what i comprehended out of the cluster fuck of a post you made was, Im trying to scam people. First I wouldnt even know how to do that if I wanted to. From what i know and in my experience paypal is very secure and that is the reason im having a problem making a payment, My legit account was suspended because i owed money and paid them late and they claimed i was a high risk account holder since i paid late and suspended my account, yes I has to get a court issued document to get that information.
Not trying to scam at all, Im acutally part owner of a local cosignment/pawn shop. Mos tpeople dont realize but you can find killer deals on ebay if you know where and how and when to look.
Im not trying to buy dre beats and apple macbooks and iphone because you cant get them cheap. Im trying to buy under the radar products, Ive seen brand new products on ebay that sell for $1300 on amazon and is $700 on ebay buy it now. That is just 1 of many examples.
Im trying to buy stuff to put in my shop that im part owner of, I cant go on amaozn and find the same deals or really any other internet market place.
I cant use my legit information but im not out there stealing identities either. Im using what is called a stealth account which im suprised you havent heard of, yes there are perfectly legal, you are using a alias essentially, your own alias not a stolen one.
Explain how im supposed to use a legit debit card when the paypal account which is stealth has all different info. Perhap i could change the address of my card and toy with my bank information but id rather not do that, I dont want to jepordize my bank account.
Which is why im aksing if anyone knows of VCC cards taht actually work with paypal.
I dont care how respected of a member you are or if your a donor which i dont even know is or how long you have been on here, Dont come and throw serious acquisitions like that on a intereet public forum for anyone to see or you can bet your ass i will return the favor.

And I also noticed you said age doesnt matter, well from what im told it has a huge factor in trust in paypal with allowing a purchase and ive known that, My issue is really finding a way to fund a purcahse right now.

Yeah lmao I doubt it, your saying PayPal reads Internet forums and and tracks those people by their ip?
you must not comprehend English very well I have already said my legit account is suspended so in order for me to use a stealth I'd need to use a new up or proxy so them tracking my ip I could care a less about because it don't matter at this point.
so buying cheap products can take years before they trust me and I've already added a legit bank account to my PayPal lol sooo

Your not using a smartphone app are you OP i have in the past and all of them have failed! i didnt get a message like what your getting about cannot send payment error and i would not use smartphone apps for anything related to Ebay or Paypal

THought id update saying still trying to find a way to pay on paypal is really my big issue rn/
This is a common issue for me with paypal but ive learnt how to work around it. Paypal are no help so you have to try figure out a soloution yourself.
Sometimes it could actually be the person who your sending money too that has the problem which is usually always the case as they have some sort of restriction on there account. Usually will go away in a few days. (Most times they dont even know they have the restriction)
I resolve my problem by changing my ip address and this works 100% of the time for me when the problem arises. It may work for you but it may not. Problems arise for me when i buy of USA merchants and as im from NZ somehow changing my ip address resolves the problem.

WHere are you from? New Zealand? Your buying from the U.S? Im in the U.S, what proxy service do you use? How are you funding the purchases and how much are your purchases?
Are you using a stleath account, is the stealth account old or new?

Indian paypal cannot send money to another indian paypal.
I face same error when I try to send money to any other indian paypal.

I think changing the ip address is pretty risk IMO. You build more trust with PP and eBay when you login and use the same ip to access your accounts.
Either way, it's def a chess match some times.

I was told the VPN could be the main issue? any clarify? What should I use instead of a VPN? Also i may of figured out an alternative service to entropay, It is relatively new.
