Are your reloadable VCCs working with paypal verification + funding? I want to buy stuff with in places in which paypal is accepted by using your VCC as a funding method - all the VCCs I used for this would get my paypal limited once I try to fund it - is it the same with yours?

Openvcc is a scam I suggest you to avoig those scammers.I bought vcc from them with bitcoin and still have not receive anything.On the top of all they do not provide any customer survice forget about skype,livechat,email.Complete scam page.AVOID like the Plague.
