Then no proxies are being downloaded. Given that the server is up and running and I also just tested and got 1171 proxies then something is blocking Scrapeboxes access to the servers.
The proxy server is a unique IP from the other servers that are used for licensing and addons etc... So everything else can work and that be blocked and fail.
So you need to whitelist Scrapebox in all security software like anti-virus, malware checkers etc...
Something on your machine or in your network is blocking access to the server proxy distribution server and you need to find the program and either whitelist Scrapebox or just uninstall the offending program.

No you will need a second license for your other PC, however with the BHW discount it's fairly cheap for everything ScrapeBox does.

What's up with the article scraper plugin and blogger platform? The plugin can't post articles to blogger anymore?

Google changed the way that you have to post. So with the new method they would be able to see every blog you posted to and thus create a giant footprint for anything your doing. Combined with other issues it poses blogger had to be removed.

They always respond in 24 hours, so you could check your spam folder. Also maybe you mistyped your mail on the support ticket so it may have bounced, people send me mails thru contact forms and it happens sometimes.

Well first finding ones that will allow your comments is key.
Then ask your self, do I really want to avoid all nofollow links? Ill not answer the question here, but if you think you need to avoid all nofollow links I would recommend you get really solid on why with good proof.
Wordpress is almost all nofollow, k2 may be better for you, but I don't know if its nofollow, but if you really want only ******** then you could just post to a lot of sites with a fake url and then check for ******** and then post your links to the ******** ones.
But plan on a lot of work, and I mean a LOT of work. with a auto approve percentage of 1% a lot of times, on a general scrape, about 1% of the auto approve links are ******** so your talking if you want 10 ******** links you probably have to scrape and submit to 100,000 sites.
Yeah, the alive checker addon can do that, at least if your wanting to know if its alive, or if its redirects the redirect checker can do it. Depends on what your goal is.

yeah, i use that plugin quite often,really useful for checking 404 pages..but alive checker only check for the HTTP header status we provided, i haven't check all the scrapebox plugin as there are sooo many plugin scrapebox provided....i mean just to bulk check mass url to check their http header just like this url do but in huge amount/bulk url www.webconfs.com/http-header-check.php

No there is no tool that will just bulk tell you what headers are.
can someone recommend a good proxy service for scraping google please? public scraped proxies i find die before i even get to use them and private ones will be too expensive for the number of threads i need. it's been a nightmare trying to set this up with the rate google bans IPs.

Google bans so fast its going to be hard to do. I mean you can use private and use a delay. You will still get a lot of results in a reasonably short period of time, let it run while you sleep or all day etc...
You can try other engines, bing seems to work well and deeperweb is powered by google, but with different ip bans.
Wish I had a magic bullet for you, but I don't.

I am facing problem with proxies. Every time I test proxies, it gives "connection timed out" error. I tried white listing scrapebox but the problem is still there. Is there any other way? the problem is that I can't buy proxies so I have to work with the ones that are in scrapebox.
