Error " cant send payment right now, try later" Paypal [Solution]

Anyone know of a solution to this error, I cant check out buying anything on ebay, if you dont have a solution then what are the problems of this occuring.

There are a various reasons..
I suggest to call PayPal, most cases they will just excuse and lift this security feature...

You can either wait a couple of days and sometimes it will go away, or like previously mentioned just call them up, that is the fastest way to get it to go away.

Ive called several times they said they cant lift the security block, It is a new account about 4 days old im tryna to buy a $1200 laptop, it is $1900 at best buy, it is a new open box deal.

So paypal customer cupport is basically useless. What is your funding methods? Thats a main problem for me finding a funding method? My entropay got suspended since I had 3k in my account and I wasnt active, so entropay said i was high risk.

If you haven't used the account to make smaller purchases then it will look suspicious.
Once you have made a few smaller transactions then the block should be lifted.

Makes sense, so could I buy some items for $1? Or does it have to be more than that? Also after I make the purchases how long should I wait for the block to be lifted?


is there any alternatives to entropay? Is there a way I can use a legit card that's never been used with PayPal on a stealth?

My main issue right now is trying to find a good funding method, that can fund over $500, so vanilla cards wont really work for me

Are you assuming or do you know this? Ive tried to make this payment along time ago and called them and nothing, they said they cant, Also what payment method can or should i use, appraently entropya isnt good anymore.

If it's a legit account, why don't you just open a bank account, put some money on it, link it and the CC which comes with it to your PayPal and if you still can't pay for the desired item, do what Wilson suggested above: buy some low value items to get the ball rolling.

Well how long would it take to get the ball rolling? How many items would i need to buy and at what price?

WOuldnt it also look just as bad if i buy 15 different items that are under $2?

Its not a legit account it is a stealth account.

Yes, sometimes when you call, they will just tell you, that you need to wait and clean browser cookies etc etc.
Just call after a few minutes again, hopefully you will be connected with agent who will be more interested to help.
If still not. Just call once again.
