I bought the yearly 500 plan 14 days ago and this service is very worth it so far. The site guarantees 100-250 likes per pic with my plan and I get 200-250 likes on average per pic from this service.
When I had questions in the beginning, OP answered pm's quickly. The only negative I can find is that some of the followers that like your pics look the same/have similar names and the amount of likes I get per pic changes quite a bit depending on the times I post (morning = more fake likes than late afternoon).
Overall rating: 8.5/10
There's room for improvement, but this is VERY worth it for the price I paid. I'd definitely recommend giving this a shot if you want to boost your instagram. I went from getting 30-35% follow backs while botting to 75-80% follow backs because of the fake engagement (I did not change anything in my settings). People will follow you if they think you're popular.

I have a problem with my mobile web browser, I can't click" my account" "logout" and also "login" icon. It is either mobile chrome browser problem or the website itself. Hope this will be fix soon. Reported this problem through your skype. Other than that everything was fine. Nice service

FEEDBACK/BREAKDOWN: Love the service. Everything that the OP promised, he delivered. Very prompt with queries and answered all questions. As far as the service, it works. As soon as you add an image, the likes starts coming in. One of my photo even made it to the top of the hashtag I was using which resulted to organic engagement. Love how my feed looks now and I would strongly suggest the service to anyone who is looking into improving their page. When your page/photos looks good and presentable with active engagement it encourages other people to do the same and possibly attract more positive things.
WHY ONLY 9 out of 10? The likers have very similar "LOOK" ... name and pictures. Which basically gives away that they are "Fake Accounts". Some have very low to not many pictures on their page too.
SUGGESTIONS TO OP:
1. I strongly suggest to use "normal / american / english" names = better looking profiles and likers (more natural and legit).
2. Add more pictures on the likers page to make it look like they are active too.
3. Use different photos on the likers page - try flowers, food, places or celebrities to make them look more real.
4. With Steps 1 and 2 - if the pictures of the likers is going to be the same = make their profiles PRIVATE real people can be private but active on liking = real.
5. Check Tumblr.com, Pexels.com and PicJUmbo.com (or other free pictures website) so you can have more pictures to use for likers.
